Facility is well maintained - everything worked as designed and trolleys were always available to move items to and from the storage locker. Keypad access always worked and automatic doors were a blessing when moving things both in and out of the facility. Staff was always polite, friendly and very helpful. The facility was always clean, including the bathroom.

Signing up for the rental online was simple and on arrival at the facility, Eric was friendly and great to work with. I received emails well in advance reminding me that my month to month rental was renewing. StoreSmart will be my first choice whenever I need temporary storage.

Excellent !I love the ease of access....and 7/24 access. Has two entrances/exits....bonus ! Fully alarmed and very secure! Snow cleared immediately after snowfall, which is really needed here in Edmonton. Reasonably priced and staff is friendly and quick. Thank you. Will definitely use again when the need occurs.

We have rented storage space at StoreSmart Self Storage in Canmore both long term and short term. They are always accommodating, friendly, efficient, clean units and trolleys available. They are diligent in disinfecting everything on a regular basis, especially given these COVID-19 times. Would definately recommend them to anyone!

I had my things in storage for 2 years. There were some months I was late on rent, but not once did they make feel like my things were not safe. After 2 years of a 5 bedroom house in storage, it was all intact, no mice, or water. my things are in great shape! Thank you Eric! It’s been a slice!

I had moved from Saskatchewan to Alberta and needed a place to store my household belongings. StoreSmart was the best option by far for several reasons: close by, friendly knowledgeable staff, convenient hours, heated, secure location, clean, down to earth and not pushy. Eric Bivins did a fantastic job of finding me a storage unit to suit my needs and price range. Also when I needed a truck to move items he went out of his way to find the size truck for the job. We used a Canmore StoreSmart self storage unit this summer and fall. I did a lot of research to find a facility that was close to town and well-priced. This company checked those boxes. Kamilla, the manager, was great! She explained the different options available and the pricing. She made sure that the unit I wanted was pre-booked and then followed through either by emails or by calling me directly. She showed me how to use the alarm system so I could access the locker anytime I wanted. The storage locker was clean and easy for the moving truck to access. Overall, our experience was great - I would absolutely use StoreSmart again.

Easy access Fair rates Very helpful staff Long term rental over 3 years I moved overseas in 2016, not sure if and when I would come back to Canmore. In the long term rental I downsized as I gave away parts of my furniture, on my annual trips to Canada downsizing even more, staff was very helpful. This business is run very professionaly. When you phone there is always a person to talk to. I rented a couple of different units and both were very clean and in excellent shape. The location of the units are in an area of Canmore that is very, very safe. No need to worry when you go to your unit at any time of the day or night. Units were nice and clean, convenient location and hours of accessibility. Rates are good and they only charge you for the days you use which is great if you end up moving out early or having to keep a unit a few days extra. The only thing I wish they did better is remove the snow from the storage yard as some spots where they pile snow get pretty tight if you have a trailer. Aside from that, great experience here and I will always choose this place for all of my future storage needs.

This is a wonderful facility, with a heated indoors and lots of different sized units. We had a 5 by 10 unit, and it was great. It was perfect and clean and safe. We have nothing but the best thing to say about the staff and facilities at the storage place. On top of that, the rates are so much more reasonable than in Calgary. It is worth the drive to Cochrane!

At one time I had two 10x24 units and one 10x15. They were clean and well kept. Having access to these units was very convenient as I was a points working around the clock. I have used a few storage places over the years but this was the best experience I’ve had yet. It has great access, carts at the entrance, automatic doors that open when your pushing your fully loaded cart out to your vehicle. You can park right beside the doors, no elevator to deal with. The facilities were very clean. On top if it all the price was more reasonable than in Calgary for heated storage. This is a professionally run operation and I would use it again if the need arose.

We use used Canmore self storage to store our sky gear and save the faff of taking the to and from the UK each season which over a year cost the price of a new set of skis. My Mother had a 6 week transition between houses when she decided to move this fall She is 84 years old and wanted to handle her move herself. There was always easy access to our unit. We could get into our unit day & night, seven days a week. The hallways & storage unit was well lit. There were trolleys available when we needed to move heavy loads. The parking lot was kept clear with lots of space to park. Staff was always very helpful. We liked that we could purchase packing supplies directly on site, as well.
